We all need to look after our mental health. At some time in our lives we will all experience times of depression/anxiety/stress. For some people, this will go away as circumstances change. However, at times thoughts and feelings will not go away, events in the past or present may still be causing us distress. It is at times like these that counselling can help.

Counselling provides time and space to talk about problems and how they are causing difficulties, confusion or emotional pain. Also, to identify ways in which these can be resolved.

Counselling provides an opportunity for individuals to attain a clearer understanding of themselves in order to make healthier and more positive choices for the future.
